For field marketing and marketing operations

Take your events off spreadsheets.

Agents build the guest lists, draft every invitation, handle the follow-up and report what each event led to. Your team approves everything. Nothing goes out without them.

The problem

Your field team runs on spreadsheets.

Events are still planned by hand: lists in spreadsheets, invitations copied and pasted, tools that don’t talk to each other, and no clear line from an event to revenue. And leadership is asking where the AI is. 500 of the right people a year starts at $100,000: less than one full-time hire, and you hire no one.

How it works

Before, at the table, and after.

Every event teaches the next: what your guests tell us shapes who you invite and who sits together next time. All of it stays inside your own system.

01 · Who comes

Guest lists from your own accounts

Your accounts and your customers decide who is invited, and each person is invited by someone they will answer, only with approval.

02 · Who meets

Meetings, not mingling

Every guest is seated with the people worth meeting, and told why before they arrive.

03 · The room

Every event planned

Venues, seating and run of show planned by agents and checked by your team, then adjusted as the event unfolds.

04 · After

Measured where you work

Every event tied to the meetings and pipeline it created, and reported where your team already looks.

What you can run

Built into your workflow.

  1. 01

    Your workflow, mapped

How your team runs one event today, and how it runs with agents.

  2. 02

    Event requests

Anyone on the team asks for an event in a sentence; agents plan it and bring it back for approval.

  3. 03

    Invitation agents

Personal invitations from your team’s names, sent only with approval.

  4. 04

    Apps for your team

Simple apps for your team and your guests, built for how you work.

  5. 05

    Nothing to set up

No integration and no new tools. Your team keeps working the way it does.

  6. 06

    Reporting

What every event led to, for marketing and sales leadership.

Getting started

Your first dinner in three weeks.

$200 for each guest who comes, $400 for VP and above. Food and venue are paid separately. Everything else is on us.

Start with one dinner: 25 guests from $5,000. Most companies then plan the year: 500 guests from $100,000.

01

Our promises
01

Nothing goes out without your yes

Invitations go out only in your people’s names, and only once they have approved them.

02

Nothing in your name without you

The agents can’t send, publish or sign anything that carries your name. Your team approves first.

03

Your data stays yours

It stays in your own databases, on your own isolated computer in the cloud. Not even we can open it, and we never train on it.

Questions

Before we talk.

What can the agents do without us?

Nothing that carries your name. They draft, plan and report; your team approves.

Do we replace our tools?

No, and you connect nothing. Your team keeps its tools; the agents do the work around them.

How much does our team need to do?

Decide and approve. The agents do the work, and your IRL Lab team makes sure it lands.

What happens to our data?

It stays in your own databases. Your system runs on its own isolated computer in the cloud, and not even we can open it. We never train our models on your data.

Who counts as a guest?

Only people who match who you asked for: your titles, your accounts. You agree the guest list with us before anything goes out, and seniority is set by their title.

What does it cost?

$200 for each guest who comes and $400 for VP and above, plus food and venue, which you pay for separately. Everything else is on us: the team, the agents and the planning. Most companies start with one dinner: 25 guests from $5,000.

What if fewer people come?

You pay only for the people who come. What you pay goes in as credit, each guest who comes is drawn from it, and anything left stays as credit for your next dinner.

How fast can we start?

Three weeks from signing to your first dinner.
