For customer success and customer marketing

Your best customers, at one table, every quarter.

A customer club in your name: dinners in your key cities where customers meet each other and the people who can help them. No sales pitch. Customers who feel they belong are the ones who renew, expand and refer.

The problem

Customers hear from you at renewal.

Between contracts, most customers have no relationship with the company, and none with each other. Webinars and newsletters don’t build belonging, and advisory boards that turn into a pitch push customers away. Meeting the people who use the same product, in person, does. 500 of the right people a year starts at $100,000: less than one full-time hire, and you hire no one.

How it works

Before, at the table, and after.

Every event teaches the next: what your guests tell us shapes who you invite and who sits together next time. All of it stays inside your own system.

01 · Who comes

The right customers, every time

Each customer is invited by the person they know best: their account manager, an executive, a peer. Only with approval.

02 · Who meets

Customers meet each other

Each customer is seated with other customers worth knowing, and with the people on your team who can help.

03 · The room

A club, not a webinar

Dinners, roundtables and advisory boards planned around who is coming, in every key city, on a rhythm they can count on.

04 · After

What it led to

A personal gift and follow-up after every dinner, and renewals, expansions and references, reported after every quarter.

Start with one dinner: 25 guests from $5,000. Most companies then plan the year: 500 guests from $100,000.

01

Nothing goes out without your yes

Invitations go out only in your people’s names, and only once they have approved them.

02

No sales pitch

Customers come to meet each other. Nobody is pitched at the table.

Your data stays yours

It stays in your own databases, on your own isolated computer in the cloud. Not even we can open it, and we never train on it.

Questions

Before we talk.

Is this a community platform?

No. It brings your customers together in person. The club carries your name, not ours.

How often does the club meet?

As often as you choose: every quarter or every month, in each city where you have customers.

What happens to our data?

It stays in your own databases. Your system runs on its own isolated computer in the cloud, and not even we can open it. We never train our models on your data.

Who counts as a guest?

Only people who match who you asked for: your titles, your accounts. You agree the guest list with us before anything goes out, and seniority is set by their title.

What does it cost?

$200 for each guest who comes and $400 for VP and above, plus food and venue, which you pay for separately. Everything else is on us: the team, the agents and the planning. Most companies start with one dinner: 25 guests from $5,000.

What if fewer people come?

You pay only for the people who come. What you pay goes in as credit, each guest who comes is drawn from it, and anything left stays as credit for your next dinner.

How fast can we start?

Three weeks from signing to your first dinner.
