For marketing, brand and developer relations

Make your company the place your field meets.

A monthly series of dinners, talks and workshops on the one topic you want to own. The right people come for who else is in the room, not for a pitch.

The problem

Everyone publishes. Few convene.

Every company in your category publishes content and sponsors the same conferences. Few become the place where the field actually meets and learns. The company that convenes the conversation, in person, is the one the field remembers.

How it works

Before, at the table, and after.

Every event teaches the next: what your guests tell us shapes who you invite and who sits together next time. All of it stays inside your own system.

01 · Who comes

The people who shape your field

The practitioners, researchers and builders in your niche, invited by people they respect.

02 · Who meets

Conversations worth the trip

Each guest is seated with peers working on the same problems, and told why before they arrive.

03 · The room

Every room teaches something

Each evening is planned around one question, as a talk, a workshop or a dinner.

04 · After

A field that comes back

A personal follow-up after every evening, and what your field wants to learn next.

What you can run

A series, not a one-off.

  1. 01

    Topic dinners

Practitioners around one hard question, at one table.

  2. 02

    Talks and workshops

Your experts and outside voices, teaching what the field needs to know.

  3. 03

    Developer meetups

Builders working on your topic, meeting the engineers who build it with you.

  4. 04

    Research roundtables

    Researchers and builders comparing notes.

  5. 05

    Side events at conferences

Your topic’s evening, in the city of every conference that matters.

  6. 06

    City series

The same conversation in every city where your field lives.

Getting started

Your first dinner in three weeks.

$200 for each guest who comes, $400 for VP and above. Food and venue are paid separately. Everything else is on us.

Start with one dinner: 25 guests from $5,000. Most companies then plan the year: 500 guests from $100,000.

01

Tell us who

Who you want in the room, and where.

02

We plan it with you

The guest list, the invitations and the evening, reviewed with you before anything goes out.

03

The evening

Run end to end by our team. You host.

04

What it led to

Every guest followed up, and a report on what happened next.

Proof

Built in the lab. Proven in real rooms.

Our promises
01

Nothing goes out without your yes

Invitations go out only in your people’s names, and only once they have approved them.

02

No pitch in the room

People come to learn and to meet each other. Trust comes first, and the relationships follow.

03

Your data stays yours

It stays in your own databases, on your own isolated computer in the cloud. Not even we can open it, and we never train on it.

Questions

Before we talk.

Isn’t this just a conference?

No. It is a series of small evenings around one topic, all year, with none of the cost or risk of running a conference.

Who chooses the topics?

You do. After every evening, we tell you what your field wants to learn next.

Is it a sales event?

No. People come to learn and to meet each other. Trust comes first, and the relationships follow.

What happens to our data?

It stays in your own databases. Your system runs on its own isolated computer in the cloud, and not even we can open it. We never train our models on your data.

Who counts as a guest?

Only people who match who you asked for: your titles, your accounts. You agree the guest list with us before anything goes out, and seniority is set by their title.

What does it cost?

$200 for each guest who comes and $400 for VP and above, plus food and venue, which you pay for separately. Everything else is on us: the team, the agents and the planning. Most companies start with one dinner: 25 guests from $5,000.

What if fewer people come?

You pay only for the people who come. What you pay goes in as credit, each guest who comes is drawn from it, and anything left stays as credit for your next dinner.

How fast can we start?

Three weeks from signing to your first dinner.
